We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist special school in Redbridge. This full-time, temporary-to-permanent role is an excellent opportunity to support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), helping them to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting students with learning, behaviour, and emotional development, ensuring they have the support they need to thrive. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff, you will help create a structured and engaging learning experience tailored to the needs of each student.
This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, adaptable, and passionate about working with young people. While prior experience in a similar setting is desirable, it is not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
