Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Inspire students through practical experiments, scientific inquiry, and real-world connections.
- Plan, assess, and adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs.
- Monitor and support student progress through regular feedback and reporting.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school initiatives.
- Create a positive, respectful, and safe learning environment.
- Contribute to the wider school community through events and enrichment activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- QTS or expected QTS by September 2025.
- Degree in a science-related subject.
- Suitable for both Early Career Teachers and experienced professionals.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A passion for science education and student development.
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional learning and development.
