Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Foster a classroom culture of curiosity, respect, and high expectations.
- Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Support students in developing scientific knowledge and skills through practical work and enquiry-based learning.
- Contribute to curriculum development and subject enrichment opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to school initiatives.
- Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
- QTS or expected QTS by September 2025.
- A degree in a science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or combined).
- Open to Early Career Teachers and experienced practitioners.
- A creative, adaptable teaching approach with strong classroom management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to inclusive, student-focused teaching.
