Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality geography lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Inspire students with a passion for the world around them.
- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the geography curriculum.
- Participate in departmental meetings, CPD, and school events.
- Support the school's vision, values, and student-focused culture.
Qualifications and Experience:
- QTS or expected QTS by September 2025.
- A degree in Geography or a related field.
- Open to ECTs and experienced teachers.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A creative, enthusiastic, and student-centred approach.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all students.
- Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school.
