Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality geography lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Foster curiosity and a love of learning about the world and its people.
- Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities.
- Create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment for all learners.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and engage in wider school life.
- Uphold the school’s values and promote positive relationships.
Qualifications and Experience:
- QTS or expected QTS by September 2025.
- A relevant degree in Geography or a related subject.
- Open to both ECTs and experienced teachers.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A passion for geography and a desire to share that enthusiasm.
- A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
- Willingness to contribute to whole-school initiatives and student wellbeing.
